We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy below for details on how to return or exchange items.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at cn.hanxs@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and address details.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first to check availability. Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
